Occasionally clients have poor internet connection which leads to a glitchy meeting and I’d like to be able to check my Zoom account to see whether it was my internet connection or theirs that caused the issue. Ideally I’d like to be able to look back after a meeting where there had been issues with lagging etc, and work out whether the fault was at my end. Is this do-able with Zoom Pro as part of a report? There isn’t a report for Pro members to pull historical meeting analytics, like the ones you are looking for.
