Meetings can only be held between one host and one agent. A co-host should be assigned by the host prior to the meeting. Co-hosting is not allowed.

Attendance at meetings can now be permitted before participation occurs. When the host cannot attend, attendees may join the meeting prior to participation from the host. As long as this is done, the alternative host takes charge of conducting the meeting. Whenever a user is added as an alternative host, an email will be sent to them that includes a link for opening the meeting. Participants can participate in the meeting without being logged in if scheduled to begin first.

Returning to your Meetings list, open the meeting again. Please confirm that you are logged in via zoom. Emails or calendars with URLs may be selected by clicking here. You should initiate the Zoom meeting with its automatically launched client. Assigning a co-host during a meeting is the responsibility of the host.

The co-hosting team cannot begin a meeting at this time. Hosts may elect to assign someone else to start the meeting if they need someone else to assist them.

Alternative hosts: Similar to co-host roles, but they are also responsible for starting the meeting as alternate hosts.
