Become a Zoom member by signing in online. Click on Meetings in the navigation panel. Click Schedule a Meeting. Select the settings you would like to apply to your template. Click Save. Create a template by clicking Save as Tool at the bottom of the page.

Select the template name and click Save as template after you have entered it. You can find Branding in the Advanced menu. Click the Emails tab. Click Edit next to Meetings Schedule Email. Creating a custom email template allows you to add custom variables. Preview the template to determine if users will find it attractive. Click Profile. Your Personal Link will be customized after you click Customize.

Create a Personal or ID link that you wish to enter. Click Save Changes. You can learn more about Branding by clicking Advanced in the navigation menu. The meeting section can be found by scrolling down. Click Edit, then meeting invite, meeting schedule, and use of one of the email template below to edit them. Choosing a template you wish to edit will be in Step 3. Click it. The Webinar template may be edited by clicking the Edit button.
