E-cigarettes are a growing part of the market, but the only way to truly get rid of them is to clean them, according to some of the most successful brands.
“A lot of brands are cleaning their batteries,” says David Goulson, a senior director at brand research firm e-cigarette brand e-cig, The E Cigarette Company.
“It’s a good way to keep them out of the air.
You want them to be clean and smelling great.”
Goulton recommends keeping the batteries dry in a cool, dry place and taking a few minutes to completely clean the coils.
“I like to take my e-cigarettes out for a spin every once in a while,” Goulon says.
“They’re pretty cool.”
In addition to cleaning coils, Goulons also recommends avoiding using them as a means of vaping.
He says that if you don’t want to smoke in your home, and if you’re willing to risk smoking outside, then you should be using your e-cigs for recreational purposes.
Goulont says he uses his e-juice for cleaning the top of his eLiquids cartridges, which are the tubes that hold the liquid.
“That’s why I prefer them,” Golton says.
